Previously known as Bladed By Char. Hi I’m an Indy based Registered Nurse and Cosmetic/Paramedical Tattoo Artist. I offer a variety of permanent and temporary beauty enhancing services. My goal is to make my clients feel even more confident in their own skin while helping them save time with their daily routine. I’m available one Saturday a month along with my scheduled days. CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 25% cancellation fee along with the non refundable deposit for any cancellations within 72hrs of the scheduled appointment. I charge 100% along with the non refundable deposit for any no show appointments. All deposits are non refundable.
